When we join Qatar we have choose whether we want to pick Spanish or French. I chose Spanish due to the fact that i like the language more, and all of my friends were also taking Spanish.
Arabic is one of the classes that i dont like a lot. This is due to the fact that I am not very good in it, and i receive bad grades. However next year I will not have to take either Arabic or Spanish. I chose to take Spanish as i like it more, am better at it and because i do not understand the way our Arabic teacher teaches us. However people of Arabic heritage are forced to take Arabic. I think it is a good idea to take away one of the subjects, as many people dont like having the extra subject, however i think that even people of Arabic heritage should be allowed to choose. I am really good at reading Arabic and i am good at understanding it. However i only understand Arabic about normal topics, not things like healthcare which is what we study in Arabic.
